Remember to: Write your name and case number on your payment! * We can only accept checks from Corporate Business Accounts. All other payments must be by MONEY ORDER, POSTAL ORDER, or CASHIERS CHECK. Do not send cash or personal checks. Personal checks in the name of a business cannot be accepted.

TFS Bill Pay is available as an alternative way to pay for Chapter 13 debtors currently paying by money order or cashier’s check. This allows you to pay directly through your bank account.  This option does not alter the district policy of paying via employer whenever possible.
